Parties interested in doing business with the Columbia County School System, should complete the Vendor Information Form . You will need to send an IRS Form W-9 along with the form. Vendors are reminded that it is their responsibility to inform the Purchasing Department when an address, telephone number or any other pertinent information has changed. No goods or services should be delivered nor will payment be processed until both forms have been completed and received by the District. Please read the attached concerning social security number collection and use.



Any company interested in doing construction business with the Columbia County School District, should download a Prequalification Application for Contractors. The application must be submitted, with all requested information, for committee review and School Board approval prior to bidding on a construction bid.
