Notice of Public Hearing****The School Board of Columbia County will hold a public hearing on March 26th, 2024 at 5:55 p.m. in the School District Auditorium at 372 W. Duval St., Lake City, Florida. In accordance with Florida state statutes, the purpose of this meeting is to allow public input and comment on the recommended selections of state-adopted instructional materials for district Social Studies courses. Selected materials are intended to be used as the adopted Social Studies curriculum for district schools beginning in the 2024-25 school year.
